I finally got to date this girl
she not the oyster she the pearl
I thought I loved her more than words
she treats me bad, worse than nerds

I gave her all I really had
she gave me none, now I am mad
I gave her trust but then she lied
I found out and nearly died

she kissed a guy that wasn't me
maybe it wasn't meant to be 
she said she didn't want to hurt me again
I took my heart and threw it in

we were apart for quite some time
deep inside I'd knew it would be fine
I finally got this girl back
I'm confused and don't know jack
