Unfaithful
by Aurora Alsyanne Lightning

Greedy eyes
And gluttonous thighs
    Tell the story Of a million lies.
Seeds planted
  From a spartan heart
Is your standard;
      Weeds growing
From a neglected mind,
    Your placard.

Your menace
     Is a pipe dream;
 The gall in the cream.
    Garish jokes
 And vapid excuses
    Have the ring
 Of a thousand curses.

Egoism is dressed up
 As charm
 Sexual prowess
Provides a facade for insecurity.
   Is it a fear,
 That pushes you
  To extremes?
