When First We Kissed
by Joel L. Reid

Translucent orbs of golden cast,
	Lit with arcane streamers,
Dance with evening?s grand repast,
	While flirting with the dreamers.

Cinnamon-sweet with wine profess,
	The labrum?s soft entreat,
So exquisite is their soft caress,
When at last with mine they meet!
