Slipping Away
by Thomas J Meyer

I can feel the dew fall upon my lips;
feel the coolness on my finger tips.
I can hear the darkness creep thru the night;
Only to think it's you but you're not in sight.
I feel your breath on the bare of my neck;
Wanting your full lips and only getting a peck.
Needing your love more than life itself.
Feeling you slip away hating myself.
