Romeo in Hell
by Mike Astaneh
In the courtyard,
The rose's scent of
Tommy Boy
and
Clinique Happy
Fills the air.
As the masquerade continues,
All pair up,
Locked in an eternal embrace.
Yet I'm still alone,
The odd man out,
Standing sheepishly,
When the music stopped,
And there isn't a chair left.
