On that New Years Eve you came into my life
you had this look that caught my eye.
 Not knowing who you were, and willing to get
to know you, we hit it off.
 You called to wish me a Happy New Year and 
hoped to hear from me soon.
 We talked for about a few weeks and you came
to see me.
 We talked about a lot of things that are in 
our lives.
You took me home and you called an hour later
 asking me: "when will I see you again?"
I told you: "next week same day same time," you 
  agreed to see me.
That next week came and I called you from school,
 told you to pick me up early, you said: "fine."
You picked me up, you looked so good, you took me
 to our spot and asked me to be your lady.
I answered you with an excited: "yes!" With tears in
 my eyes. You asked why I cried?
I told you beause I never been that happy to hear
 those words in my life.
Now it has been a while and I have fallen so in love
 with you.
Now I thank God for bringing you into my life on that
 New Years Eve.
