Brokenhearted
by Bernetta Sheremese Avent

So many tears fall like rain
Scattered shore to shore,
Although they seem to be in vain
It?s comforting to know they?ll fall no more.

Helpless, hopeless,
Left without a care,
Longing to know, nevertheless,
Will you ever be there?

Not meaning to hurt!
Neither did I mean to desert.
I only did it for me!
Oh, how I wish I could make you see.

All I ever needed was you.
I thought you needed me, too.
I hate that it had to end,
But time will mend.

Brokenhearted!
	Love Departed
		Time Uncharted
			Never should?ve Started!
