Please Don't Go
by Jon  Freeman

I need you now, more than ever.
How could you leave after so many years together?
We had something goin' that most never have,
But all of a sudden you're packin' your bags.
Tell me what's wrong, please let me know.
I know I've made mistakes, but Baby, please don't go.
I wouldn't know what to do if you weren't here with me,
So I ask myself this: where would I be?
And the answer that comes, time after time,
Is the same place that I was when I wished you were mine.
So please don't leave me here, all alone,
Without the only love that I've ever known.
I wouldn't know how to live without you by my side,
But I can just say I'm sorry... and hope it's not the end
 of the ride.
