The Family Fell
by Dana Lauren Nadler

  My family, once so close has now fallen apart.
  Memories of the past fill my head.
  Trips to Disney, and New York;
  rides in the park and always eating out.

  Why did our family fall apart?
  Was it because of the girl that he brought home that day?
  How could this be, that answer seems so wrong and selfish to me.
  It's his choice who he wants to love.
  So who are they to tell him it's not right.
  Those great memories of laughter and happiness
  have now diminshed to silence.
