I Don't Forgive
by   al-y-kat

All those years that have gone by
The times we laughed, the times we cried
I never knew that all the time
Our friendship had been one great lie.

You never cared how I felt
You used the cards that you were dealt
And when push had come to shove
You made your move; you stole my love.

In one clean sweep you reeled 'him' in
You stole him fast; that was your sin
You know you'll pay each day you live
You run to me and ask me to forgive.

Time has gone by and tables have turned
So, I ask you what have you learned?
When you give me your lame reply
Tears start to fall as you pretend to cry.

You want me now to take you back?
My old best-friend - the one I lack?
I don't think so, my dear old "friend"
This is only the beginning of your dreadful end.
