How I Feel!
by Deanna  Marie Atcosta

I'm not living if I'm not with you;
baby if only you knew.
Why can't I be the girl you love?
After all, I think of you as my white dove.
I'm not like all the other ones;
I bring out the sun.
I would do anything to put a smile on your face,
even if that means just giving you space.

I need to know if you want me, or if you just want to be free.
You know all you have to say is, Dee.
Please just tell me what you feel,
because my feelings are all real.
I wish you would just tell me what's on your mind.
I see what you try to hide; I'm not blind.
I don't think I can do this anymore;
I don't want to hurt like before.

Please don't tell me your lies.
I'm better than that; look into my eyes.
Maybe I should be just your friend,
because I don't want our friendship to end.
Maybe we made a mistake;
I don't want anymore heartbreak.
I wish we could just take it all back,
because I don't want to fall through the cracks.
I'm sorry, I can't wait.
Everything happens for a reason; it's fate...
But I still love....
