His hair is gray.  He's getting old.
He'll love me always, I am told.
He's here for me to love and cherish.
And my love  for  him will never perish.
At times when I am very bad,
I look into his eyes so sad,
And see the tears that I have
brought.
How could I, after all he taught?
Someday, I know that I will learn
To banish all those tears that burn
For never will there be another
As my  own, sweet, loving GRANDFATHER!!!
