MAN OF MY DREAMS
by JODI MARIE HAWKINS

I remember when I meet you
You were just turning nineteen
We talked, we danced, and you kissed me
Soon after, you were the man of dreams
We had so much fun playing our little games
There were others in our lives
But my love for you always remained
Then came the tragedy of our unborn child
I pushed you away, but I loved you all the while
I am sorry that I hurt you, you said you understood the pain
And then we talked about forever, but our forever never came
Now I miss your smile, your smart alek ways
Me, hanging on your every word, you always had so much to say
I feel so lost without you, you were my best friend
I know you're watching from heaven, our friendship never ends.
I can say I know what lonliness really, truly means
Now that I've lost you, the man of my dreams.

For my love, Chuck Fraser who passed away October 12, 1998
My life will never be the same........
Love always Jodi
