To make you happy when you feel blue
These words I write come from my heart
So, let me say it from the start

The friendship we have has been the best
We stuck together- not like the rest
They walked away when they didn't care
But when I cried, you were there

You always make me smile a lot
You're the best, you're right on top
You never ever let me down
You made a smile from my frown

So, friend, when you're feeling blue
Remember I am here for you
Because you're the person I can trust
It's always between the two of us
