Unyielding Passion
by Cailey Jean Griffin

Why must passion be unspoken
Why must love be untouched
Why does the heart gallop
as though the race will cease
Sensation sprints through my heart
and fills my head with lustful wrong
To have what cannot be held
And to seek what should not be sought
To yearn is pain
But to stop is to die
