You saved me, when there was no one else.
You saved me, from myself. 
You gave me trust, you gave me love.
You gave more than I knew of.

I hurt you and I lied.
I disappointed you, because I hadn't tried.
You've been there when I needed help to get through.
So, I promise I will change for you.

It may not be easy but I will try
to be all that you think I can be
And most of all, I'll do it for me.
I know I can do anything I dream
but without you in my life it won't mean anything.

I know what I've done wrong
and believe me- you don't have to worry 
about more of those mistakes coming along.
You can't trust me, 
and you love me and that's all I need to know.

So, from here on I hope the changes show.
I'm sorry for the things I've done,
if I could take them back... I'd take back every single one.
I shouldn't raise my voice,
or do the things you trust me not to do.
