Disseminating Allusion~
by Daniel J. Mishko

Memories come, then fade,
then rebirth in illusive dreams.
Like getting sweetness from an illusion.

The desire of you still lingers
in air, like a sweet scent.
Lying in a low fragrant mist.

Seems like only today,
we merged into ourselves.
Blending like fine wine.

Seems like only yesterday,
we fell in love and created
a new world... inseparable.

But, what seems so close,
as close as air I breathe.
Scatters like blind dreams.
