Once In a Lifetime
by Michael  Diamont

Once in a lifetime a person will see
The joy that I felt when fate brought you to me
Each moment I spent with you made life worth living
You?re and angel from heaven; so caring and giving
But fate played a game and I was the pawn
And our night of forever has turned into dawn
Our time shared was quick and came to an end
But I?ll always remember you as my lover and friend
Only once in a lifetime a person will know
The pain of loving, knowing you have to let go

For Palma,
Always Remember
