I, U, We 2
by FELICIANO BAYOT SANTIAGO JR.

"i"... was alone
impressing the winds with subdued sighs,
bric-a-bracing the sequence
of laughter's inconsistencies,
imbibing alone
the naked nothingness of a ...ZERO!

"u" then came along
like a colorful-fluttering-butterfly
festooning my neck with honeyed pollens
making me feel like
the rounded perfection of a ...HUNDRED!

"We 2" therefore
knitted together again and again,
swooning and swaying in a love swing
of a happily-ever-after
so many times,
so many times--
a MILLION!
a MILLION!
