Most people don't know what love is 
They think it is a gift that someone gives 
Although the gift may keep you high like you're in flight 
It doesn't keep them home at night 

To love me is to be there: 
  To talk 
  To hold 
  To touch 
  To kiss 

If they would pay attention they would know 
It is not the material things they miss- it's you 
So, if you say you love someone 
It should not be hard for you to give every thing that is needed
