BLESSED TEACHINGS
by   JOURNEY158

A thousand blessings gave me life,
Leaving me undiminished, my mind never exhausted.
My heart, unoccupied, never muddled by your storm,
My fountain over flowed with your reflection late at night.
As my tears gave power to time spent,
My voice, hopeless, took the same away.
My heart, the root of my panoply,
A treasure destroyed by your skepticism.
Impoverished in the realm of loving you, chaos,
While this material plane leaves us unseen,
Ill-taught in the results of loving the other.
