My True Love
by Charles Jacob Smith

You light a fire in my heart.
For I cannot see us being apart.
You fill me with happiness throughout the dark days.
You make me shine with joy and glee through the week.

You and I are true to be.
For God brought us together like two bees.
For I know but- you may not see.
You will always be my true love, just wait and see.

I know that I will love you all the days.
Even though we are not at play.
It may seem we are far.
Just think we are not, 'cause we are in each others hearts.
