Warrior Smile
by Raphael Dandole Sabbagh
From where is this smile that wipes away stress?
Solving more problems than an errant knight
The radiance of your smile does ignite
A squall that scatters all other distress
How could something so warm and peaceful slay
The most ferocious demons of them all?
And how I never fail to be appalled
It strikes down all hazards like Sir Gawain
Beauty leaves me no choice but to be wooed!
God was ready for you after the sun
Damn the impious ones who do not revere
The ray that emanates from eyes so blue
As they glisten from your smile; all are stunned
By such a potent force, yet still so dear
