If i had a world unto my own
by Brittney Lee Stacy

If i had a world unto my own,
you would be the sun in the sky,
the happiness in my eyes.

You would be the wind and trees,
the waters of the seas.
You would be leaves in the fall,
the comfort of nights call

You would be the brightest star,
the moon from afar.
you would be the sand and snow,
the earth and stone...

If i had a world unto my own,
where my heart is a clam,
your friendship is its pearl,
safe and secure
always there... always pure.
