Dark, Cold Room
by Corey William Alone

Sitting alone, in a dark, cold room
Drenching in my discontempt
Thoughts of you starting to bloom
Thinking of the words I hadn't meant

How you held my heart
On that warm, sun-drenched day
And how you broke it apart
In a deep, unforgiving way

How I want you back
From my head to my toe
Such understanding you lack
How... you just don?t know

That you mean everything to me
Though you never realized it
I really thought we were meant to be
In this cold, dark room I sit...
