Love Hates Me
Love seems to hate me and women make me a dreamer.
There's nothing I can possibly do as much as I need her.
A feeling was never given to my heart or my soul,
Seems like finding the love of my life, is my only goal.
I can think of none other, than the woman that'll be in my life,
The woman that when I first meet, I'd know she'll be my wife.
I see couples kissing and walking hand in hand;
I wanna hold a woman's hand while she wears my wedding band.
I want to wine and dine a girl while I show her some romance,
Read her some love poetry on a night where we slow dance.
This mysterious game called love is too hard for me to play,
Even when I find the perfect girl - Ha! - that'll be the day!
All I ever hear is that I'm such a sweet guy,
But I've never had a girl... I'm starting to think it's a lie.
What I hate is when girls say 'personality comes first,'
Out of all the lies they make, I'm sure that one's the worst.
