I remember the day it all came to a stop...
My heart beat slower and slower with every teardrop...
Just the thought of having you gone was enough to kill me,
And when I look at you, you're not the same person other people see.
When I see your face I want to cry
and all I want to do is hold you and die.
You see, not everything revolves around love
and not everything is good enough.
But, only God created love to make it tough...
I still sit and think what I did wrong
and while I'm sitting there, I listen to our favorite song.
I break down in tears once again,
because you told me we'd be together till the end.
I can't live another day without you
and I can't seem to go through life without knowing I have you.
And, now I have no more to say.
One day these words will rot and fall away.
If love is what you want and it's what I want,
then why's there so much pain?
