A view of no sunset

By: Dimas Melchor

I watched you to see what your view was
I watched a view of no sunset
These eyes have been flowing forever...
When is forever not enough?

We both wondered what the other was thinking
We didn't have to look very far
My bottom lip is bleeding
The air I breathe is numb

This moment will repeat again
While we are here we're not the same
Your picture remains in my wallet
While you throw mine away

The cost of changing is too much
The thought of you is too much to bare
You told me you've already searched there...
Then why am I still here?

Fate plays it's games
When was the last time you whispered my name?
Fate plays it's games
Why hasn't my love faded away?
