Feeling Scared
Getting that feeling of not knowing anyone, not even yourself.
Wanting to run, wanting to hide.
Afraid to look at someone, afraid to smile.
Tears overpower your eyes, it hurts to see.
Your heart dwells in all the pain.
Feeling all over as if everything you ever knew is fading.
To ask your heart why you are so scared, it doesn't know.
You look at your hands and cry again and again.
You feel as if your hands aren't even yours anymore.
There isn't anywhere you can run, no where to hide.
You close your eyes with your fingertips, you almost remember.
You can't sleep, all you have left in your soul, in your heart...is fear.
