I'm lonely without you here with me
I wish you weren't there with her.
I want you here to hug and kiss
But I always seem to miss you
My heart is aching for you always
and my eyes search for you, too.
My legs can't run to catch you
and my arms can't reach you
all I'm waiting for is you to come
so we can be together
But you are too far away to realize
that I'm here reaching and loving you
I need you to wake up and see
that I'm here missing and loving you.
Since I met you and can't get
you out of my mind, it's hard for
me because I just can't see you
I wish you were here
to keep me happy and warm,
if only you knew how much I LOVE YOU
you'd be here with me.
