Your message (300 char max):
his wish
by GregRHogan
a lover laid down on his bed
his eyes fell closed before he did
a hand came close and held him tight
his lover's love was clear and bright

she knew that he was close to death
a few small words slipped from his breath
a tear rolled down, dripped to her breast
she wrapped his arms around her chest

laying down upon his heart
she cried out loud for it to start
but from his whisper, all she knew
her lover said...
   "let me die... holding you"
