Grandmother
by KarenSiew LuanLim
Grandmother raised me from five years old,
I grew closer than ever could be.
Grandmother is a nice lady...
Full of love for her grandchildren
Never caned or beat us
Patient and kind
A heart of gold
Not many possess
Always helped people in need
A loyal friend
Everyone knew my grandmother where she lived
Always nice and good
Never taking things for granted
I know she has her pain and fears
I didn't take it seriously when she told me
I didn't care about how she felt at times
I regret it now...
I regret i didn't say the things in me
I should have told her
How much she meant to me
How I really needed her
and loved her
Everything is too late now
She is gone- forever...
I visit her every weekend
She is dead
and will never be here again
I want to let the world know
What a wonderful person was Teo Yock Wah
She is my Grandmother
